What’s the Point of All of This?

If you’ve read my introduction, you know I’m not here to give you a highlight reel or convince you that my life is picture perfect. I’m here to share the messy, the joyful, the complicated truth of what it means to rise above – to get Above the Clouds.

But why?

Why put this all out there? Why choose joy and growth when life keeps throwing storms?

Because…being real is radical

We live in a world full of polished feeds and filtered smiles.

Real life isn’t that clean. It’s raw, uncomfortable, and unapologetically human.

Above the Clouds isn’t about pretending. It’s about showing up as your true self. Embracing the cracks and the chaos. Still choosing joy, regardless of what your reality is telling you.

Because…joy is a radical act

Joy. Sweet rebellion. Not the fleeting sense of happiness, but a deep, steady flame, burning the numbness and the noise.

Choosing joy means choosing myself. Choosing hope. Choosing to believe that the pieces always fall into place…eventually.

Because…storytelling builds connection

People don’t give to causes. They give to people. They give to stories.

Above the Clouds is my story, and it’s a bridge. It connects me to you, and someday, maybe even to donors who want to be part of something real and transformative.

THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING

I’m not perfect. I’m still figuring it out. But this is my invitation: come with me, see the sky through new eyes, and walk a path that leads to more joy, more truth, and more freedom.
